If you subscribed through our website (not through the App Store or Google Play), follow these steps:
Go to app.getpaidapp.com and log in.
Select Settings, then tap Subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
You'll receive a confirmation email once processed. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellations must go through the platform you used to subscribe:
Not sure where you subscribed?
Check your inbox for the original receipt. Apple receipt = App Store. Google receipt = Google Play. Stripe or Invoice Maker receipt = web.
Still being charged after cancelling?
Check the renewal dates on your receipts. If you were charged for a period after your subscription was canceled, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to look into it.
