Step 1: Set up your business info

Before creating your first estimate, add your logo and business details under Settings → Business Information. This saves time, they'll appear on every document automatically.

Step 2: Create the estimate

  • Tap Estimates → Create estimate on the main screen.

  • Add your client's details and your services or products. Turn on the Save toggle to store them (you'll be able to reuse them on future estimates with a few taps).

  • Tap Add Photo if you want to attach pictures from your gallery.

  • Tap the tax field at the bottom to add a tax percentage. You can set it as inclusive or exclusive, and turn it off for individual items.

  • Use "Notes" feild to add your tax number if needed or and other extra information.

  • Always save your progress! Just tap Create estimate or Done, you can come back to edit at any time.

💡To change the color of the estimate by tapping on Preview > Customize.

Step 3: Send it to your client

Tap Email to send it directly from our app or tap Share to send via any app on your phone (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).
Your client will receive a link to view the estimate online as well as a PDF they can review and approve.

Step 4: Convert to an invoice

Once a client approves the quote, you can convert it rather than rebuilding from scratch, just tap Convert to Invoice button.

After that the estimate becomes a new invoice with its own invoice number and you can send it to your client to receive a payment.
