The currency of your invoice is connected to the region you set up on your device. To change the region:
Open your iPhone settings.
Choose General.
Open Language & Region.
There you can choose the region you need for your invoice.
Then you need to create a new Business Profile (you can do it under the Business information in the app Settings).
