Stripe is legally required as a payment processor to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) survey for every account opened at Stripe. They normally ask for a business website to review (this could even be a Facebook or LinkedIn page describing the products and services you provide).
If your business does not have or require a website, you have two options: you can either update your web presence information directly in the Stripe Dashboard or get in touch with Stripe and provide the following information:
Detailed explanation of what you’re processing payments for through this Stripe account.
Your business model.
How are your customers discovering and purchasing your services.
Links to any social media pages (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.), invoices, or relevant images of your goods and services; these will greatly expedite your review.
